$100 per 50 min session

Insurance

I currently take United, Aetna, Cigna, and Medicaid (Colorado Community Health Alliance).  I am an approved out of network Tricare provider.  

Payment

I accept insurance, cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to make your appointment, please notify no less than 24 hours before your scheduled time.  Failure to do so may result in a charge for the full rate of the session.

No Surprises Act / Good Faith Estimate 

In accordance with the No Surprises Act, Lauer Counseling will provide a good faith estimate prior to the intake appointment for all private pay clients.  If at anytime there is a rate increase, the client will be provided a new good faith estimate.
